Makati Prime Tower is a huge apartment building in the middle of Makati with 110 serviced suites. You can either choose to rent these daily, the cheapest studio starting at 1,600 a night, or you can rent them monthly starting at about 15,000. When I stayed there I rented a one bedroom apartment for 22,000 for a month. The style of the apartments varies, as many of them are owned by private people and you rent from them through the rental office at the Prime Tower.

It's really easy to book, you just give them a call and you can most likely move in the same they. I'd suggest asking to see several apartments, so that you get one that you like. Not all the apartments looks the same, and the furniture and other things in the apartment can be very different. Some are really nice, and some should really be renovated. The location is very central, just on the corner to the famous Burgos street in Makati. The staff is very friendly, and overall I had a good experience living here.
