Boulevard Mansion is a condotel on Roxas boulevard in Ermita in Manila. I stayed there for one month in November 2009 and was quite happy with my stay. I rented a one bedroom apartment there for 26,000 peso for one month. You can also rent this on a daily basis for like 2,000. The bedroom and living room was quite nice, the bathroom was a little old fashined but nothing to complain about.

You rent the apartments here directly from the reception downstair, and if you pay in cash they require a one month deposit. Electricy is not included in the rate, and the monthly bill can be quite high, especially if you forget to turn the aircon off when you go out, like I often do. My electricity bill for one month here was 10,000 peso. They have several different type of apartments here. I only checked out the standard one bedroom and the deluxe bedroom though. The deluxe one is a little larger and has a balcony. If you get a standard bedroom one the corner that will also have a balcony though. Some of them come with double beds, and some with two single beds. If you ask them they will install internet in your apartment.

This apartment building is on Roxas Boulevard, pretty close to the famous LA Cafe. It's also in walking distance to the huge Robinson's shopping mall, and not too far away from the old city, Instramuros, either. I was a little shocked with the high electricity bill I got here, but overall I had a good stay.
