Sunette Tower is located in Makati just one block away from P Burgos nightlife street. It’s a pretty large apartment building about 30 floors high. They have several different apartments to choose from, those I have seen so far is the one bedroom, the studio and the one bedroom suite. All of them looked good with real nice furniture.

For 2,500 peso you can get wifi connection in your room. There is no swimming pool here, but they do have a little garden where you can sit and get some sun. Many of the rooms have 2 TVs and also a microwave in addition to the cooking plate. Another good thing with this place is that you don’t have to pay a large deposit when moving in, all you have to do is to deposit 5,000 peso for your electricity bill. I can definately recommend this place, very good value for your money here.
